Working Principle:

    It is composed of the filtering frame and alternating filter plates. Filtering frame and filter plates form a complete channel, at the same time, in the corners of filtering frame and filter plate, there are through-holes, which can access suspension, wash water and the lead filtrate. When the frame filter is at work, the feed pump press the suspension into the filter room, at the same time to form dregs on filter cloth until the formation of filter cake in the filter room.

    Filtrate through the filter cloth and along the trench plates to the frame corner channel, then exhaust from through-holes. After filtrating, you can access the wash water to wash dregs. After washing, sometimes accesses compressed air to remove the remaining liquid is needed. Then open the filter press and remove the filter cake (filter cake is stored in the filtering frame), clean the cloth, re-pressed the plates, and then begin the next work cycle.
